Delibr shuts down 31 August — export your product docs before they're deleted; plus the OCI DevOps Oracle Linux 7 runners retire today

Delibr, the collaborative product-work document tool, shuts down on 31 August 2026 — the app stays fully functional until that day and then all data is permanently deleted, so the only thing that matters is running the JSON export before the cutoff. On the board, the OCI DevOps Oracle Linux 7 build runners reach their end-of-support date today (28th) and the entry is marked passed, feeding straight into a now five-way 31 August pile-up. All monitored sources checked clean, and no new dates moved.
A quiet night after yesterday’s MTurk-and-InstantDB double-header — one new entry, and one date reached on the board. Nothing on the monitored registry changed, and no announced date moved. That’s a normal late-August evening, and padding it would only bury the one thing worth acting on.
New: Delibr is shutting down 31 August — export before your documents are deleted
Delibr — a paid SaaS tool for collaborative product work, where teams wrote and organized structured documents with comments into collections (the feature-spec and product-documentation writing product managers do) — is closing. Its own site now opens with the notice: “Delibr is shutting down August 31, 2026.”
What makes this one worth flagging on a quiet night is the shape of the wind-down: there isn’t one. Delibr says “The application will remain fully functional until the shutdown date” — no read-only period, no gradual feature removal to remind you the end is near. The app works normally, and then on 31 August it stops and, per the notice, “all data will be permanently deleted.” Billing has already been switched off (no subscriptions charged after July 2026), so an active subscription isn’t what’s keeping your data alive.
The single action that matters: run Delibr’s export tool — it takes your email and API key and returns “a single JSON file containing your teams, collections, and all documents with their full content and comments” — before 31 August, because there’s no stated grace period and the app that produces the file goes away with everything else. The export is JSON rather than a document format, so treat it as step one and pick a destination (Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, or a Markdown/Git repo) as step two, while the live app is still around to check against. This is a shutdown that punishes waiting.

Scope unchanged and worth repeating: this ends the OL7 build-runner option in OCI DevOps CI/CD, not the Oracle Linux 7 OS, which stays on Extended Support into 2028. Pipelines pinned to an OL7 runner stop rather than warn.
