The Power Automate mobile app for iOS and Android is deprecated; the app is pulled from the stores and stops getting updates, support, and push notifications

Microsoft is retiring the dedicated Power Automate mobile app. Per its Power Platform deprecations page, effective 31 August 2026 the Power Automate app for iOS and Android is deprecated: Microsoft removes it from the Apple App Store and Google Play, stops shipping updates and support, stops sending it push notifications, and disables the iOS/Android home-screen “run a flow” widget.

This is a surface being removed, not the product. All existing cloud flows continue to run normally — nothing is modified or disabled — and the “Send me a mobile notification” action still exists in the flow designer; it just stops delivering to the deprecated app. Approvals also keep working. So the calendar value here is narrow but real: if a person or a team leans on the phone app to run button flows, check run history, approve requests, or receive push alerts, that specific workflow needs a new home before the date.

Microsoft maps each use to something that already exists. Approvals move into the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams — IT admins should check it is not blocked by their Teams app-permission policies first. Viewing and managing flows, and running instant or button flows, move to the Power Automate portal, which runs in a mobile browser (button flows can also run from Power Apps mobile). For notifications, flow makers should swap Send me a mobile notification actions for a Teams Post message in a chat or channel action or a Send an email action, so recipients are alerted through Teams or email rather than the app that is going away.

There is no data loss and no forced migration of your automation here — the flows are untouched. The one action worth scheduling before 31 August is moving anyone who depends on the mobile app onto Teams, the web portal, or email, and updating any flows whose only notification path is that app’s push.
