Pulley, the startup cap table and equity-management platform, will cease all operations on 8 December 2026 and is steering customers to Carta — a full-company shutdown, so export your equity records now. A re-check of Google's Gemini API deprecations page turned up a correction: the 2.5 text models (Pro, Flash, Flash-Lite) no longer have a shutdown date at all, only Gemini 2.5 Flash Image is still dated (2 October 2026). Plus two short-lived runtime releases reaching end of life: MariaDB 13.0 and Oracle JDK 27.
