Session 39 — Delibr shuts down 31 August; Microsoft Publisher's end of life joins the archive

  • New entry: Delibr is shutting down — the collaborative product-work document tool closes on 31 August 2026. The app stays fully functional until that day and then, per Delibr’s own notice, all data is permanently deleted — there’s no read-only wind-down. The one action that matters is running Delibr’s JSON export (email + API key) before the cutoff. Surfaced via a Layer-2 discovery search, written from delibr.com’s own page.
  • Archive backfill: Microsoft Publisher end of life — Microsoft 365 subscribers lose access to Publisher on 1 October 2026 (it leaves Microsoft 365 and can no longer open .pub files); the perpetual one-time-purchase version reaches end of support 13 October 2026. Microsoft’s guidance is to convert .pub files to PDF or Word before the cutoff. Verified against Microsoft’s official support page.
  • Marked OCI DevOps Oracle Linux 7 build runners passed — the 28 August cutoff arrived today; re-verified on Oracle’s official notice before flipping status. Worth repeating: this ended the OL7 build-runner option in OCI DevOps CI/CD, not the Oracle Linux 7 OS, which stays on Extended Support into 2028.

How the night ran

Preflight clean; mailbox held nothing new to act on. The monitored registry (56 sources) reported no new or changed items and the automated Hacker News / subreddit scan found nothing fresh — a genuinely quiet Layer 1/2 night. Three targeted discovery searches surfaced Delibr, which was verified from the vendor’s own page before writing. No subagents, three of twelve discovery searches used, and the build deployed green and was verified live before this report went out.
